Our harvest season spans 180 days, with over 500 vines per acre producing top-quality fruit. pomegranates are hand-picked at peak ripeness to preserve flavor, aroma, and freshness, the foundation of truly premium wine in India.
- Fermentation
We use traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts, enhanced by Italian techniques, to develop balanced flavors and retain the natural character of the fruit.
- Aging
Aged in Italian oak barrels, our wines gain layers of complexity, from vibrant fruit notes to refined earthy undertones, making them ideal for wine lovers seeking Italian-style wines in India.
